of Directors of the company for more than a decade and was the Executive
Director-Commercial at Ispat Industries Limited when he last left them.
He has been actively interacting with various policy guiding bodies and
associations such as CII, ASSOCHAM,FICCI, CORSMA, ISA etc to name a few.
Along with Mr Vinod Garg is his enterprising and creative son Mr
Vaibhav Garg, who has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration
from USA and has experience in Strategy, Risk Management and Strategic
Sourcing and now looking after all new businesses for the group. The
group has sound managerial and commercial capabilities besides sound
financial capabilities with Mr S Srinivasan who is Director-Projects
